Our Mission

Our Mission Raise funds for projects designed to enhance and promote interactive cultural and community events that encourage our children’s education, by providing “Awards and Financial Incentives” for organizations and deserving students pursuing a higher education. Lusogolf’s priority is to offer BURSARIES & SCHOLARSHIPS to deserving Luso-Canadian students with financial needs wanting to pursue a higher education.  Lusogolf also provides “Awards and Financial Incentives” to organizations that assist the needs of the community.  Lusogolf is very grateful to all the sponsors and players for their generous contributions which have helped to achieve its goals.  Through the years, Lusogolf was able to disburse over ONE MILLION dollars in bursaries, scholarships and donations to help the Portuguese-Speaking Canadian community.   In 2023 it was netted $65,000.00 and from the proceeds of the golf event, LUSOGOLF distributed a total of $54,250.00 as follow:  -  SCHOLARSHIPS & BURSARIES: $42,250.00 -  ON YOUR MARK/PROJECT DIPLOMA: $3,000.00 -  ABRIGO CENTRE: $5,000.00 -  Luso Charities: $2,500.00 -  FAMILY LITERACY PROJECTS: $1,000.00 ..
